First call I spoke with Lauren,no mini switch board.I was having a very hard day Lauren and her colleague at Reception were incredibly kind and helpful.My mini was sparkly clean,it had been bashed by a bin lorry and they kindly 'tidied'it up. Special

Always thorough and convenient, allowing you to wait while your car is being worked on. The only suggestion I have is that if any issues are discovered that could be addressed/fixed during the service, do this! I was told at the end ...
